Lady Aviator

From upstate New York, young steel heiress Catherine Stewart is introduced to flying and years later is drawn into helping with the Allied efforts during WWII. 


After the loss of her father Catherine grapples with her position and living life to the fullest, while knowing one day she must fight for her rightful position in running the family business…all before the age of 24. 


Never one to restrict herself within the confines of the social elite, Catherine falls in love with a student pilot while ferrying planes during the war. 


Her love for Leigh becomes severed when a mission to deliver a plane to Italy goes horribly wrong and Cate is injured during the attack. Afterwards she returns to the states to heal.


Somewhat heartbroken over the loss of her love, Catherine turns her focus to gaining control of the steel business…in a shrewd and cunning way, and with the help of unexpected friends.
