In this memoir--warts and all--author Richard L. Sanders finally opens up about the litany of mistakes, tragedies, betrayals, and other unbelievable events in his life since the publication of Phoenix Requiem in 2016; this is the story of how he fell from acclaimed, happily married, best-selling author to divorced, exiled pariah at death's door in an emergency medical helicopter, and what happened since. This is an honest glimpse not only into the events that happened, but a candid examination of the mistakes and the people who contributed, most especially the author himself, and how he has tried to redeem himself ever since, and those who believe in forgiveness and redemption--and those who never will, and how the author hopes to keep moving forward despite being denied the chance by some of the people he loved most dearly to make amends in any form.
