This is an action upon a promissory note. On June 25, 1959, the defendant-respondent, Elmer Warber, executed a promissory note in the amount of $1,200 payable to the plaintiff-appellant, O'Connor Oil Corporation. The note was, by its terms, payable ""on demand when sales agreements are terminated."" Two written sales agreements were entered into by the parties on the same day, June 25, 1959.
