Oklahoma Bar Assn. v. Nix

1 This is a proceeding to review the action of the Executive Council of the Integrated Bar of Oklahoma, recommending that Kirksey M. Nix, an active member of the Oklahoma Bar, be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year on each of three counts or charges of misconduct in violation of the Canons of Legal Ethics, the three one-year periods to run concurrently.
