Oles v. State

Appellant pled guilty to murder. The trial court sentenced appellant to 20-years imprisonment in accordance with the plea agreement. Appellant appeals the trial courts denial of his pretrial motion to suppress evidence. We address an issue of first impression: whether police may test the clothing of a person lawfully arrested for one offense in order to investigate that persons involvement in another offense. We affirm.
