Oliphint v. Richards

This is a defamation case arising out of a negative employment reference given by appellees, Scott M. Richards and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., to a private investigator hired by appellant, Barry A. Oliphint. The trial court granted appellees motion for summary judgment, and, in one point of error, Oliphint claims the trial court erred in doing so. We affirm.
