Order adjudicating attorney's lien was a final order. The order, upon an order to show cause submitted upon affidavits, adequately determined the right of respondent to an attorney's lien and the amount thereof. It was a final order, summarily adjudicating an attorney's lien, given by G.S. 1923 (1 Mason, 1927) § 5695, and under the facts shown was in proper form, for no judgment was necessary to be entered against either party to the action.
