1 This is an original proceeding upon an application for a writ of prohibition to prevent enforcement of a regulation promulgated by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, hereinafter referred to as "The Board", such regulation fixing the minimum markup of retailers prices on alcoholic beverages sold within the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
