Oliver v. State

Randy Oliver, Sr. appeals his conviction of two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of sexual performance by a child. A jury convicted Oliver and assessed punishment at fifty years imprisonment for each count of aggravated sexual assault and twenty years imprisonment for sexual performance by a child. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
