Ovalle C. State

The appellant was convicted in April 1998 of capital murder. Pursuant to the jurys answers to the statutory special issues, the trial judge sentenced the appellant to death. Direct appeal to this Court is automatic. The appellant raises eleven points of error. We shall affirm the judgment of conviction, reverse the judgment of death, and remand the case to the district court.
