JUSTICE GEIGER delivered the opinion of the court: After a bench trial, the defendant, Thomas Krawiec, was convicted of stalking (720 ILCS 5/12-7.3(a)(2)(West 1992)) and sentenced
to 30 months' probation with conditional discharge. On appeal, the defendant contends that: (1) the evidence did not prove
him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; and (2) the stalking statute is unconstitutional. We affirm.
