Salmon For All V. Department Of Fisheries

Salmon For All, Pierre Marchand, and Les Clark (hereinafter collectively Salmon For All) challenge a trial court's order denying their motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment to the Washington State Department of Fisheries. Salmon For All brought action in Thurston County Superior Court alleging the Open Public Meetings Act of 1971 applied to negotiations by the Department of Fisheries with Oregon, federal, and
