HENRIOD, Justice. Appeal from an order denying a motion to dismiss a complaint filed by the County to compel the Commission to comply with local zoning ordinances which excluded liquor stores from certain areas. Reversed. Our statutes give counties broad zoning powers, 1 the Liquor Commission broad powers in locating liquor outlets, 2 and waive sovereign immunity and permit suits against the Liquor Commission only with the written consent of the Governor. 3
