1 Two questions are presented in this workers compensation case: (1) is the trial court order requiring the employer to pay for the injured employees vocational rehabilitation appropriate under the provisions of 85 O.S. 1981 § 16 ; and (2) if it is, should the court have ordered the employer to pay claimants attorneys fees and deposition expenses incurred in achieving the rehabilitation order? We answer both affirmatively.
