Ernest Rhys was an English author of essays, stories, poetry, novels, and plays, collector of folk tales. In 1921, he edited "The Haunters and The Haunted: Ghost Stories and Tales of the Supernatural” collection. Ernest Rhys chose 57 ghost stories from literary works, folklore and myth to create an anthology that is both textbooks of the supernatural and storybook of the middle world of ghosts. “The Radiant Boy of Corby Castle” is one of these legends.
