Troutman v. Kentucky Bar Association

Movant James Gregory Troutman moves this Court to enter an order suspending his license to practice law in Kentucky for a
period of two years, effective January 25, 2007. The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) states that it has no objection to Troutman's
motion. This Court therefore grants the motion for a two-year suspension. Troutman was admitted to the practice of law in
Kentucky on October 16, 1992.
