Action arising out of collision between defendants truck and plaintiffs automobile, which was stopped on highway in rolling country. The 4th District Court, Utah County, R. LeRoy Tuckett, J., granted a new trial on issue of damages, and defendants appealed. The Supreme Court, Wade, C. J., held that, under the circumstances, grant of the new trial was not abuse of discretion, but that new trial on all issues would be ordered.
