Valley National Bank of Arizona v. Hay

This is an appeal by the Valley National Bank, the plaintiff in the Superior Court, from a final order denying plaintiffs petition to hold defendant Jean OBrien Hay, appellee, in contempt of court, and from an order adjudging appellee Hay the trustee for the benefit of her children of a 24/64 interest in certain residential property.
