128th Aviation Brigade

The 128th Aviation Brigade Standards book, also known as the “Blue Book,” is a tool to assist leaders in educating those on Fort Eustis on what the standards are, and instilling the discipline required to enforce those standards. Safety considerations, along with this pamphlet, should always be used   during any decision-making process.
