Ruby and the Wolf

An alpha wolf tired of war.

The human assassin hunting him.

Ruby has been wearing the red cloak since she was a child. All she knows is her life as an operative in the Crimson Order.

When she's sent to find a wolf shifter hiding in a cottage, he surprises her by opening the door and inviting her inside.

He knows her code name. He knows her grandmother. He knows too much.

She shouldn't trust anything he says. He's her enemy.

But what if he's telling the truth? And the wolf wasn't the monster?

A fairytale retelling with a shifter twist. Fated mates, forbidden love, and enemies to love attraction. Standalone romance with heat, no cliffhanger, and HEA.
