Second Epistle To Timothy: Read Bible Book

In the New Testament, the Second Epistle of Paul to Timothy usually referred to simply as Second Timothy and often written 2 Timothy or II Timothy, is one of the three pastoral epistles traditionally attributed to Paul the Apostle.

This volume is a verse-by-verse study of the Book of Second Timothy. In this second letter, the Apostle wishes to direct Timothy’s attention to the fact that eternal life is promised to men by the grace and mercy of God, but only through Jesus Christ the Savior as presented by the Christian and biblical Gospel. In this last dispensation, that is where the interests of God focus and it is the will of Jesus Christ that the apostles, the prophets, the deacons, and the church at large be about the mission of going into all the world and making disciples of all men.
