#2 The workplace is a prime location for targets to be bullied. The resources of the work world are used to defend the bully instead of the wronged target.

#3 Targets are the recipients of relentless verbal and tactical assaults that cut to the core of their being. over time, their personality is trampled, and they become helpless and unable to change matters for the better.
