for twenty-six years warrenk has waited. the night before the last battle, when the campfires of the northern invaders filled the plain at the base of mt. nebok, darien kaur, the sorcerer-king called his cupbearer, young lieutenant warrenk of the queens guard into his personal pailion. to warrenks shock, darien kaur took the talisman from around his neck and hung it around warrenks, charging the young lieutenant to protect the orb at all cost.
