Waist Away

At the age of 44, I was classified as an obese person. "Waist Away" is the true account of how I lost 70 pounds in just seven months. I was able to attain my weight loss goal without using any type of arduous exercise programs, expensive gym equipment, prepackaged food plans, dangerous drugs or surgical procedures. In this book, I explain how I was able to accomplish an almost impossible task in a relatively short period of time. This is my incredible story.
