Helped me a lot in my life
The harsh truths in this book made me realise how to navigate myself through life and how to live the best of it. I would recommend this book to ANYONE. In my oppinion this really is a must read.

Yes this is a read now book. It doesn’t matter if life is great , mediocre or down right horrible. This book will make you shake your head left right left right and again until it’s on straight!!! Knowledge at your fingertips! You have been looking for a map for life ? Asking why since forever ? Or even just grateful how you got where you did ? This books gives voice and scientific sense to what you have locked inside yourself. Dr Peterson is showing us a door and handing us more to an one key . But are we brave enough to use them ?
