Probably the worst book I’ve ever read or listened to
I understand that many young men struggle to find their purpose in life. The Way of Men gives the worst advice, I stumbled upon yet. If you are struggling yourself or know somebodey who does, Jordan Peterson is a good start: You may want to begin with „the greatest speech every student should hear“. Jordan Peterson is wrong about the whole religion thing, because the number one question about religion is: Is it true? ... and how could we know? – But Jordan Peterson is amazingly insightful about many things. Just learn how to think for yourself, will you?
If you have ever taken a critical thinking class, reading The Way of Men will be painful, because of the logical fallacies he falls victim to all the time, especially the confirmation bias, the natural fallacy and the no-true-Scotsman fallacy.
