More than a culinary journey, with her healthy, easy to prepare dishes, this is OEzlem's tribute to the wonderfully diverse cuisine of Turkey. It's also a celebration of her Southern Turkish roots with local and regional recipes from her homeland, Antioch, Antakya (near the Syrian border).
