3 Bears

"3 Bears" is a comic adaptation of the well known folktale "Goldilocks and the Three Bears." This version is written especially for beginning readers and so is very easy to read. The text is comprised of only 8 different words. These 8 basic Dolch words are used over and over again, but are combined in different ways. This provides practice so that the beginning reader can master the words. The brightly colored illustrations help tell the story and give visual support. The beginning reader will undoubtedly feel pride by successfully reading "3 Bears" independently.
