Soon, she and Craig are trying to unravel a complex underground network that's been enslaving and victimizing women who came to the United States with immigrant dreams. Kieran and Craig sometimes go off in separate directions chasing leads, but Graham provides plenty of face time and intimate connection, all lightened with humor, to reassure and satisfy romance readers. Though part of a series, this installment stands well alone.
