By profession, Erica Burton is a Business Analyst and problem solver. When a company or business is at a point of collapsing she steps in, analyzes the business, and turns things around. At a steep price. Erica’s newest project was in a ranching community. She would be working with the Basset family. They were desperate. The opinions about Erica and her business were not seen in a positive light. On her very first day in town, after meeting with the Basset family, Erica met Shane Marlin. Only he didn’t realize who or what she was. The connection was instant. It was love at first sight. After dating for a while things suddenly started to change for Shane and his family. Erica would spur them on and motivate them. Marriage was soon on the cards. But Erica broke off their engagement because of a personal problem. She had her own desperate situation to deal with.
