A Distant Fog

This is a collection of 6 short stories that speak to what makes us different and how we are often isolated from one another. The first story is a about a child dealing with divorce and the life changes that accompany that. The second story is a witty story about a break up in a bar. The next story deals with the Devil himself and how with some decisions there are costs we cannot even imagine. Next, a young woman who was formerly a prostitute and she faces the reprecussions of a poorly hidden past. Then there is a story of a uncomfortable situation of a middle school student who has a run in with a bully and is shamed by the girl he wants to impress. The last story deals with a street fight that has but one blow.
All the stories are written in a frank and direct manner. The reader is drawn in by the way the words are woven together and the gritty manner in which the details are given.
