The fifth book on home inspecting from James Bell and the fourth in the series "A Home Inspectors Guide to", in this latest book, James continues his series helping new and existing home inspectors transition home inspecting training to looking at specific interior spaces in the home.


This book should be viewed as a compliment to other home inspection training where home inspectors should learn about plumbing, electrical, heating, and more. This book then takes the knowledge the inspector has gained and helps them to develop a system to actually inspect a homes interior and use their knowledge to identify defects and concerns.
