A Look Into My Mirror

What began as "putting together a few poems" in book form to send to family and friends for my Mom during Thanksgiving 2019, has turned into an over 70 page thematic book of art and poetry. I could not be more thrilled with how this project has turned out.



As a young child I always knew that my Mother could write poetry and draw. Occasionally I'd see drawings or even get to hear a poem or two, but never was there a volume of my Mom's poetry to speak of. By combining drawings and poetry, this book gives a glimpse into the life and art of Edana Jean Miller that I can pass onto my children and something I am proud to share with the world.



Working on this book during the pandemic has been part of the story, too, constantly changing and evolving as we all have had more time on our hands for edits. Now that the book is done, I am finally ready to turn it over to you, the reader, for without you, this book never would have been born.
