A Pleasant Journey

When I left work, I found that going homeward was easy. All the lights were green. What a pleasant journey! But I found that the car had a mind of its own and took me to the hospital. Dr. Lyons, who had been my doctor when I was a child, said he was going to make my journey even more pleasant. What could he possibly mean? (The picture you see is of Troy, New York.)
