A Simple Bible Study Method

Though scripture describes itself as a "double-edged sword," we often sloppily wield it like a butter-knife. Our selfish, man-centered approach to God's Word rarely produces the interpretation and related application God intended. This small booklet brings readers a simple, faithful method for studying scripture. The primary goal is to rightly see how God is revealing Himself. The secondary purpose is to allow scripture to properly tell us who we are as human beings. This method helps to guard from our tendancy to have the text say whatever it is we want it to say, therefore, allowing it to remain as God's Word and not ours.
