Abel Montalvo v. State Texas

This appeal is taken from a conviction for "possession of a controlled substance, namely: Cocaine" less than twenty-eight grams. Appellant waived trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty before the trial court. Appellants punishment was assessed at six years imprisonment and a fine of one thousand dollars. The imposition of the sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation subject to certain conditions.
