Abel v. State

1 Appellant, Karl F. Abel, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged and tried in the District Court of Comanche County for the offense of Murder and found guilty of First Degree Manslaughter. His punishment was fixed at twenty-five (25) years imprisonment, and from said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
