BOGGS, Circuit Judge. A group of former Teledyne employees appeals the district court's granting of summary judgment to defendants-appellees in the employees' suit seeking lost welfare benefits and damages under both the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 141 et seq., and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq. For the reasons discussed herein, we affirm.
