Addie Woodring v. City Duluth

Action in the district court for St. Louis county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff in a fall on an icy sidewalk in defendant city. The case was tried before Edward Freeman, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $2,500 returned for plaintiff. After the denial of defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, judgment was entered for plaintiff, from which defendant appealed. AUTHOR: MATSON
