Evidence that after an automobile had been purchased, new, from a dealer it was taken to the dealer because of trouble with the steering and brakes, of which the dealer was informed, and that although the steering and brakes appeared to be all right when the automobile was picked up from a dealer, a short time later it was involved in an accident wherein it struck a curbing, struck a pedestrian, and knocked over a utility pole warranted a finding of negligence on the part of the dealer contributing to cause the accident.
