The opinion of the court was delivered by This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court
granting custody of a five months old baby girl to the father
following a divorce decree. The appellant does not appear to be requesting any change in
the decree granting the divorce but dwells on the divorce
proceedings for the purpose of showing the arbitrary and
prejudicial conduct of the trial judge in the entire matter.
