Albert Keys v. State of Mississippi

Five grocery bags full of marijuana having been found in the bathroom of the apartment in which he lived in Greenwood, Mississippi, Albert Keys, age 59, stands convicted of possession of a Schedule I illegal controlled substance with intent to distribute same. He has been sentenced to ten years imprisonment, with six years suspended.
