Albert W. Davis v. Zoning Board Adjustment City La Porte

The district court dismissed the petition of Albert W. Davis, Rita Davis, Betty Mills, and Edwin N. Mills, appellants, because they failed to timely invoke the trial courts jurisdiction. Appellants, in three points of error, claim the trial court improperly dismissed their petition. We affirm.
