Alberton V. State Bar Of California

The Review Department of the State Bar Court has unanimously recommended that petitioner, Richard G. Alberton, be suspended from the practice of law for five years, that execution of the suspension be stayed, and that petitioner be placed on   probation for five years with certain conditions, including actual suspension for the first year of the probationary period.*fn1 This court adopts the review department's recommendation.
