Alberty v. Page

1 This is an original action in habeas corpus instituted by Loretha Alberty to secure her release from confinement in the State Penitentiary. 2 The verified petition alleges that petitioner was charged by information in the district court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, with the crime of second degree burglary, and that she was sentenced to a term of two years for such crime. Petitioner does not attach copy of the information, the judgment and sentence, or the minutes of the court.
