Aleknagik Natives Limited v. Andrus

In his petition for rehearing, the Secretary contends that our decision here conflicts with this courts ruling in City of Klawock v. Gustafson, 585 F.2d 428 (9th Cir. 1978), thereby requiring him to convey land in Alaska to two different Native organizations in each of ninety-two Native communities. We do not share the Secretarys concern.
