MATTHEWS, Justice. OPINION. Respondents in this case, all of whom are shareholders in The Aleut Corporation, have sued The Aleut Corporation, its president, Carl Moses, and two others who are members of its Board of Directors. Respondents seek to set aside the directors election held May 14, 1977.
