Alexander v. Commonwealth

The Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County that sustained John Harold Alexanders appeal from the Bureaus requirement that he install ignition interlocks pursuant to 42 Pa. C.S. §7002. We affirm the trial court.
