Alicean R. Kalteyer and Charles F. Kalteyer v. Dennis R. Sneed

Alicean R. Kalteyer and Charles F. Kalteyer appeal from the summary judgment rendered against them in their medical malpractice action against Dr. Dennis R. Sneed. In four points of error, appellants contend that the trial court erred in: (1) ruling appellants first amended motion for new trial to be untimely; (2) failing to consider appellants second amended motion for new trial for guidance in determining whether to grant a new trial; (3) abusing its discretion by refusing to exercise that discretion; and (4) granting appellees motion for summary judgment. We will overrule all points of error and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
