Love at first sight sometimes needs a second chance. Salazar Station, Winnemucca, NV is the location for the newest version of a reality dating show. The retired Navy SEAL ranch owner, Nathan Salazar, is the latest "Bachelor". Cassandra Newton is a writer for a small independent magazine who finds herself undercover on the ranch as a possible candidate for the man's affection. Neither realizes that they met before, many years before. Her opinions and expectations of the show and the women changes as she navigates the many challenges posed by the producers. She finds more than just love amongst the colorful characters. Trapped by a contract and obligations, she tries to fight the instant attraction to Nathan, but his will is much too strong. When the story of a lifetime smacks her in the face, there is no way she can turn it down regardless of how it will affect the budding romance. She has to decide if the career of a lifetime is worth giving up the man of her dreams. Unless she can figure out a way to get everything she wants.
